I have been working in the field of computers for over 30 years. As an IT Manager, I spent the last fourteen years working for 2 multi-million dollar companies. I was in charge of supporting over 1500 users throughout the US and Latin America. My last position was a bit less stressful as I only had to support 170.  To make a long story short, I have helped corporations run their day-to-day IT operations, my hands-on experience includes:

I have lived in Boca Raton, Florida, for the past 15 years with my wife Clara and our 8 kids (only 2 remain living with us right now, and yes, “thanks god” is right).

We have successfully owned and operated a profitable business for the past 10 years and we are completely aware of the trials and tribulations that any small business owner is experiencing in these difficult economic times.
